This page explains how to delete your account and data in Duoleaf, an app by Measify (com.measify.duoleaf on Google Play). You can do it yourself in the app in a few taps, or ask us by email.

1. Open Duoleaf.
2. On Home, tap the gear icon (top right) to open Settings.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete my data.
4. Read the summary and tap Delete my data again to confirm.

You need an internet connection. If there is no connection, nothing is deleted and the app tells you so. If the deletion is interrupted, the app finishes it the next time you open Duoleaf. When it is done you see "Your data is deleted." and you can start fresh as a new user.

• Your account: the anonymous Firebase account, and any Google or Apple sign-in you linked to it
• Your profile: your first name, bean colour, reminder time, time zone and language
• Your days: every day you marked as done, in every plant you were part of
• The sticker nudges you sent and the notification records about you
• The invite codes you created
• Your devices' push notification tokens
• Everything Duoleaf stored on the phone itself

Deletion from our servers happens right away when you confirm. It cannot be undone.

• Your partner's side of the shared plant. If you were paired, the pair ends and your partner keeps the plant in their garden, with their own days. Your name and your days are removed from it.
• Your subscription. Deleting your data does not cancel a Duo Premium subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions) or in the App Store. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records, and Adapty, which manages subscriptions for us, keeps the purchase records needed for billing, refunds and tax.
• Analytics and crash reports collected by Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. They are not linked to your name and are removed automatically under Google's retention settings.

Can't open the app any more, or uninstalled it already? Email team@measify.com with the subject "Duoleaf data deletion". Tell us the first name you used in the app and, if you linked one, the Google or Apple email address, so we can find your account. We delete the same data listed above and reply to confirm, within 30 days at the latest. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete anything on our servers.
