When the round numbers fall
| Milestone | Roughly after |
|---|---|
| Day 100 | 3 months and 1 week |
| Day 200 | 6 months and 2 weeks |
| Day 365 | 1 year, minus a day |
| Day 500 | 1 year and 4 months |
| Day 1,000 | 2 years and 9 months |
| Day 1,500 | 4 years and 1 month |
| Day 2,000 | 5 years and 5 months |
Exact dates depend on leap years and on whether your first day is Day 1 or day 0. The days together calculator lists your next four round numbers and your next anniversary.
Small ways to mark a round number
- Write one line about the day you met and swap it.
- Find the oldest photo of the two of you and set it as a wallpaper for a day.
- Go back to the place of your first date, or cook what you ate.
- Long distance: call at the same time and open a small thing you each posted.
- Do something tiny together that day, like two minutes of stretching, and keep it going.
How Duoleaf marks them
Home shows "Day N together" every day. On round numbers (the next hundred, then the next thousand above 1,000, or your anniversary, whichever comes first) the app offers a card you can save or send. It appears as a sheet a moment after Home opens, and "Not now" is always there.
Questions
When is our 1,000th day together?
About 2 years and 9 months after the day you got together, counting that day as Day 1. The calculator gives the exact date.
Is Day 365 our anniversary?
Almost. If the first day is Day 1, your first anniversary is Day 366 (Day 367 if a leap day falls in between).
Does Duoleaf remind us of round numbers?
Home shows the number every day and offers a card on round numbers. Your daily reminder is separate and set by each of you.
